Build a curving, walking lizard by combining your LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 set with the 42080 Forest Machine. This model is the result of a Robot Remix Challenge by Robotmak3rs. Therefore, it’s a free download! I also have a blog post to explain how this model works.
The download includes:
- Full hi-res PDF building instructions
- Includes the display stand
- EV3-G project files for the program (you need the old EV3 software)
There are no wiring instructions in the PDF. But it’s real simple:
- The medium motor goes in port D
- The front legs in port B
- The back legs in port C
- The ultrasonic sensor in port 4
